OASIS+ gives federal agencies streamlined access to pre-qualified contractors, covering the full spectrum of professional and technical domains.

GSA Polaris WOSB GWAC

Polaris is the General Services Administration’s small business governmentwide acquisition contract for customized information technology services and IT services-based solutions. USmax holds an award in the Women-Owned Small Business pool, enabling federal agencies to access agile, qualified IT services support through a flexible GWAC with no ceiling. The USmax Polaris WOSB pool base period runs from March 9, 2026 to March 8, 2031.

The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is a governmentwide Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract providing direct access to products, services, and solutions from certified industry partners. MAS features a simplified format with streamlined terms and conditions and updated Special Item Numbers (SINs), making it easier for government customers to buy products, services, and solutions.

The Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) Program is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals. It is a multi-year MOA program offering broad technical scope, streamlined and flexible contract and award types, and a comprehensive list of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST can be used agency-wide across the FAA and DoT.

The Missile Defense Agency’s Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract supporting advanced, multi-domain homeland and missile defense efforts. USmax holds a base IDIQ award under SHIELD, enabling participation in task orders supporting research and development, prototyping, testing, systems engineering, production and fielding, modernization, cybersecurity, and related defense mission areas. The SHIELD contract is assigned NAICS 541715, has a 3-year base ordering period with option periods extending the total potential ordering period to 10 years, and carries a contract maximum value of $151 billion.
