Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of USmax Corporation, Steve is responsible for Financial and Risk Management Operations of the company. This includes Finance, Accounting, and Pricing leadership.

Prior to USmax, Steve has worked for various DC area-based government contractors that provide professional services to Federal Civilian and DoD agencies where he has led most corporate functions including Accounting, Finance, Pricing, Contracts, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, IT, Security, and Administration.

Over his 30+ years, Steve has held increasingly responsible positions and served as CFO for several companies, including small businesses, medium-sized businesses, and large businesses, some of which were private equity owned.

Steve is a native of the Washington, DC metro area, and a graduate from George Mason University, where he obtained his CPA.  Steve really enjoys spending time with his family.  In his free time, he plays tennis, pickleball, and golf. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife.
