Vice President

John Neal, as Vice President, provides leadership and management for enterprise programs and supports the strategic growth of USmax. Adept at driving successful service delivery, he is responsible for overall program execution, quality, customer service, and satisfaction.

John is well versed within the federal, commercial, and DoD marketplace, managing mission-critical CONUS and OCONUS programs, as well as operational and contractual matters. He has over 30 years of experience and proven expertise in leading and managing complex programs with worldwide scope. Prior to joining USmax in 2011, he completed 26 years of U.S. Naval service, retiring in 2010.

John is certified as a Program Management Professional (PMP) and is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy.
