Cassandra Cooper

Director, Corporate Operations

Cassandra Cooper is the Director of Corporate Operations at USmax. Cassandra is responsible for the overall leadership of Accounting Operations, Financial Systems, and Corporate Facilities Management.

Cassandra has more than 20 years of experience in federal government contractor accounting and HR. She has managed and directed the full scope of accounting and financial management functions, including accounts payable, payroll, billings, and cash receipts, and monthly closings. Prior to joining USmax, Cassandra worked as Federal Accounting Manager for CRGT Inc., a government contractor.

Cassandra holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Cassandra enjoys reading the Word of God and spending quality time with her husband. She also volunteers her time to help others, teaching, mentoring, and tutoring children of various ages.
