Brett Steiner

Vice President of IDIQ Programs

Brett Steiner is the Vice President of IDIQ Programs at USmax. His responsibilities include leadership and execution of IDIQ business development strategy, pipeline management, and partner engagement across USmax’s multiple Government-Wide Acquisition (GWAC) prime contract vehicles.

Mr. Steiner brings a wealth of experience across the Federal Contracting lifecycle, supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers, as well as providing leadership in corporate roles. Prior to joining USmax, Mr. Steiner was part of a Program leadership team responsible for growth and execution of a $5.2B IC contract providing IT modernization, migrating legacy IT systems under a managed services model.

Mr. Steiner is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA), and holds multiple ITIL Intermediate Capability certifications. In addition to spending quality time with his wife and three children, he enjoys golf, science fiction, and football (American).
