Brett Steiner

Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President, Mr. Brett Steiner is responsible for aligning USmax’s growth priorities with evolving customer missions. He provides leadership for corporate strategy, business development, capture management, and proposal operations.

Brett brings 18 years of experience across the federal contracting lifecycle. He has led complex growth initiatives across the defense, intelligence and civilian federal mission support markets. Prior to joining the Company, he served on the leadership team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), where he was responsible for enterprise IT programs delivering digital transformation and systems modernization through a managed services model.

Since joining USmax in January 2020, Brett has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility as IDIQ Program Manager, Vice President of IDIQ Programs, and Corporate Vice President. His leadership reinforces the Company’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and delivering mission-focused solutions to federal customers.

Mr. Steiner is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe® Agilist (SA), ITIL® Certified Professional, and APMP® Certified Proposal Professional. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, football, and science fiction.
