The Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) Program is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals. It is a multi-year MOA program offering broad technical scope, streamlined and flexible contract and award types, and a comprehensive list of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST can be used agency-wide across the FAA and DoT.

The U.S. Navy's SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-e) multiple-award contract provides the Navy with an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to acquire USmax services. The following organizations may utilize SeaPort-e; Naval Sea Systems Command, the Naval Air Systems Command, the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, the Naval Supply Systems Command, the Military Sealift Command, the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, the Strategic Systems Programs, the Office of Naval Research, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and the United States Marine Corps.

The Army Rapid Response Third Generation (R2-3G) is a multiple award IDIQ vehicle to provide rapid contractor services in support of urgent requirements. These include critical equipment, engineering, and program services provided to the DoD, other federal agencies, and state and local governments. The contract is managed by the United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC).

The contract has a five-year base period with two one-year options, running from June 28, 2007-June 27, 2011.

The period of performance includes five base years with five one-year options running from May 1, 2009 - April 30, 2019.

The Infrastructure, Design, Engineering, Architecture, and Integration (IDEA-I) contract is issued by U.S. Patent and Trademark office to procure System Design, Infrastructure Engineering, Network Engineering, System Engineering, Accessibility Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, and System Development Life Cycle Support, and design of infrastructure system components. . USmax is a teaming partner to GDIT (General Dynamics Information Technology); one of three companies awarded indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts under the IDEA-I program.
