Army TEIS II

The Total Engineering and Integration Services (TEIS) II is a IDIQ contract that provides IT support services to the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (USACECOM), the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC), the U.S. Army Signal Command (USASC), and other Federal Agencies, worldwide. TEIS II enables the U.S. Army to continue to transform to a network-centric knowledge based force and to integrate information systems.

Ceiling: $2.3 Billion
Period of Performance: 2005-2010


DHS EAGLE

The Department of Homeland Security Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (DHS EAGLE) is a multiple award IDIQ contract vehicle with a broad scope of services, solutions, and contract types used to fulfill the majority of component and departmental IT services needs. The contract has a five-year base period with two one-year options, running from June 28, 2007-June 27, 2011.

USmax has access to the following four functional areas:

  • FC1 - Engineering Design, Development, Implementation and Integration
  • FC2 - Operations and Maintenance
  • FC3 - Software Development
  • FC4 - Management Support Services

DISA Encore II

The Defense Information Systems Agency Encore II is a contract issued by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) that provides IT solutions for activities within the Military Services and DoD in support of their IT requirements including Command and Control (C2), Intelligence, and Mission support areas, and to all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG).

Ceiling: $12.2 Billion
Period of Performance: 2008-2018


GSA Alliant

The Alliant Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (Alliant GWAC) is a multiple award IDIQ contract vehicle designed to provide comprehensive information technology solutions to federal agencies. These solutions include hardware, software, infrastructure, communications, and IT management services designed to meet both current and future needs. The period of performance includes five base years with five one-year options running from May 1, 2009 - April 30, 2019.

USPTO IDEA-I

The Infrastructure, Design, Engineering, Architecture, and Integration (IDEA-I) contract is issued by U.S. Patent and Trademark office to procure System Design, Infrastructure Engineering, Network Engineering, System Engineering, Accessibility Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, and System Development Life Cycle Support, and design of infrastructure system components. . USmax is a teaming partner to GDIT (General Dynamics Information Technology); one of three companies awarded indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts under the IDEA-I program.
