Mark Sikorski is the Chief Operating Officer for USmax Corporation. In this role, he provides leadership and management of USmax’s business growth activities and Federal Operating Programs. USmax is an award-winning Small Business, providing information technology services to Government, Commercial, and non-profit organizations. In his current role, Mr. Sikorski:

• Establishes key business alliances and pursues equitable teaming relationships with leading industry vendors

• Identifies and pursues new opportunities for the organization 

• Continuously monitors and manages the quality of USmax services in order to increase customer satisfaction

Mr. Sikorksi is an 18-year IT industry executive, having worked for Federal Government contracting firms SIGNAL, Veridian, and most recently, as Vice President Homeland Security Solutions at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where he managed a program portfolio valued at $150M spanning DHS and Justice Department organizations. While at GDIT, Mr. Sikorski led successful capture and management for over $1.3B in mission-critical enterprise IT programs at DHS components and FBI including DHS-HQ, CBP, USCG, USCIS, ICE, and TSA, and as Capture Executive and Program Manager for DHS St. Elizabeths Technology Innovation Program (TIP), DHS St. Elizabeths Technology Services (SETS), USCIS TOMIS, and USCIS ITOM. Mr. Sikorksi is certified as a Program Management Professional (PMP). Prior to entering private industry, Mr. Sikorski had a 22-year career in the Coast Guard managing communications, logistics, IT, and Intelligence programs, including technical refresh and IT modernization programs.

Mr. Sikorski holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the United States Coast Guard Academy and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from Purdue University.
