Description

Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance

We provide Systems Engineering services in four (4) unique disciplines: UNIX/LINUX/Windows/Open source Systems Consultation, Systems Assessments and Recommendations, Server Resource Migration, and Enterprise Storage Capacity Planning. In each of these disciplines, we work with our government stakeholders to develop customized solutions and recommendations that allow for scalable systems and infrastructure designs for future growth and improved efficiency. For example, assisting federal customers to evaluate and adopt Cloud Computing based approach towards systems architecture and engineering to utilize Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for greater efficiency and long term cost savings.

Network Engineering, Management and Telecommunications

We provide Network Engineering, Management, and Telecommunication services in four (4) unique disciplines: Network Lifecycle Management, LAN/WAN/MAN Design and Implementation, Enterprise Network Management, and Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations Services. We assess network and telecommunication requirements, develop proof of concepts, create High Availability (HA) network topologies, develop and support Network Operations Center (NOC), and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) for disaster recovery.

Help Desk and Operations Support

We provide Enterprise wide Tier-I, II, III level Service Desk and Help Desk Operations support across various federal customers. As part of these services, we provide a wide range of Help Desk support ranging from general user support, mission critical system support, to application specific targeted services.

Facilities Management

We provide Data Center management, Facilities Operations Management, Space Planning, Space Design, Furniture Reconfiguration, and Facilities Service Desk support. Our employees are Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professionals (AP) qualified to ensure and provide services that support the environmentally sustainable design, construction and operation of federal facilities.
